This book is a good source of information on public procurement. It is intended to be direct, easy to read, and practical in its presentation. This book will be found useful by those with little or no experience in public procurement, public procurement practitioners, graduate and postgraduate students training to be procurement practitioners. Suppliers (bidders/tenderers can also benefit by learning the tendering processes more so how tenders are evaluated). The book has simplified the procurement laws and regulations of Kenya as an example. The book has brought together several ideas from several sources including the writers’ experience gained over several years in the public, quasi-public private companies and NGO sector.
