dc.description.abstractThe paper seeks to investigate the impact of teamwork on academic performance. A descriptive design was used in the research study. It targeted a population of 30 administrators, 50 H.O. D’s & D.O. S’s, 100 teachers and 150 students. The sample population was achieved through use of simple random sampling technique. Data was collected from the respondents through the use of a questionnaire. Analysis of the data was then done using qualitative content analysis for qualitative data whereas quantitative data was presented using SPSS. Inferential data analysis was used to make general conclusions for a large population whereas Multiple regression model was used for regression analysis. In conclusion, the researcher explored how team work influenced academic performance of secondary schools in Kajiado County. From the findings, team work greatly had an effect on academic performance of secondary schools in Kajiado County. There was a positive correlation with influence of team work having the highest correlation of 0.780.en_US
