They are unexpected threats to human life, livelihood, and their properties .The impact of the disaster on human, environment is greater when it is not prepared for or a region cannot afford protective measures. In this respect Scientific and engineering Technology should be developed to provide early warning. The equipment/instrument that provide early warnings are many such as thermometer, barometer, An anemometer and many others.
